Unused Product:Baby Fans accepts returns or exchanges for any unused product within 30 days of purchase. Products must have original tags. Baby Fans does not accept returns or exchanges for used product.
Defective Product:Baby Fans accepts returns or exchanges for any product that is deemed defective within 30 days of purchase.
To make a return or exchange, follow the instructions below or contact us at returns@babyfans.com for a return form.

- Include a note explaining your reason for returning or exchanging the product. (See our policy above.)
- If you are EXCHANGING your product(s), please include a check (made out to Baby Fans, Inc.) for $6.00 to cover the shipping and handling charges. Indicate the item that you would like to replace your return. Please be sure and note size and color, if applicable.
